Peated and unpeated spirit matured in ex-Bourbon casks, then re-racked into ex-Madeira wine casks for over two years.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Cocoa powder, stewed plums, sugared almonds, bread and
butter pudding, nutmeg, sandalwood, bracken, fruit scone, red
currants.
Palate: Cinnamon sweets, cedar bark, salted trail mix with
chocolate chips, rosemary stalks, toffee apple, pine needles,
strawberries with black pepper.
Finish: Medium weight, dusty, long and slightly drying finish.
700mL, 52% ABV.
