Product Description
Distinct and different. In horseman terms, the outrider stands apart, securing the herd’s flank to secure stray cattle. Outryder also stands apart. Stray batches of high rye bourbon are blended with rye whiskey to create a new profile for American Whiskey, balancing notes of baked fruit and caramel with aromatic rye spice.
Nose: Pumpernickel bread with melted butter, honey aromas of beeswax candles with orange blossom pollen, and warm cherry cobbler.
Palate: Hot chocolate, yeast biscuits drizzled with dark molasses, honeyed hay, and roasted cumin in brown butter.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering flavors of maple syrup over French toast.
750mL, 50% ABV.

Unbelievable
Can't say enough good about this whiskey. Smooth, complicated, and energetic. Hard really to describe actually, it tastes like a bourbon but of course isn't. Would drink this every single day if I could.

Nicely done! Heat from the 100 proof but none of the acetone you can get. The nose is okay, but lots of flavor on the tongue and a pleasant burn in the throat. Good rye taste. Will buy again.
