Single malt Irish whiskey is made from 100% malted barley and it is produced at West Cork Distillers. It is distilled in pot stills and it is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of three years, resulting in a smooth, rich flavor. Our West Cork Single Malt Irish Whiskey is triple distilled and its made with Irish grain and natural spring water. Patiently matured in bourbon casks, the whiskey exudes mild citrus (grapefruit), vanilla, sweet spices as well as brioche aromas. A smooth and balanced whiskey, the taste is one of malt, lingering sweetness, vanilla, citrus and butterscotch.
