Crafted from the annual harvests of our family’s estate-grown Michoacán agave, this Blanco captures the pure expression of our land. Soft, clean, and naturally aromatic, it reflects the richness of mature agave and the clarity of traditional distillation.

AGAVE: 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave
RANCH: El Potrero, Michoacán
ELEVATION: 6,100–6,500 ft
DISTILLERY: Casa Tequilera de Arandas, Jalisco
COOK: Low pressure, 18 hours in a 22-ton autoclave
MILL: Four-stage roller mill
FERMENTATION: 96 hours in open-top stainless steel vats, without fibers
YEAST: Sparkling wine yeast
DISTILLATION: Twice distilled in stainless steel pots with copper condensers
750mL, 45.5% ABV.
