A single cask from Linkwood Distillery, matured in a Chateau Margaux red wine barrique and bottled at cask strength.
Nose: Fragrant rose petals, red berries, and soft oak - like a walk through a summer garden after rain.
Palate: Silky and poised - wild strawberries, poached pears, and spiced vanilla dance over gentle tannins and floral malt.
Finish: Lingering and lyrical, with notes of dark druit, cocoa, and sweet wood.
750mL, 58% ABV.
