Every drop of Lighthouse Gin is crafted in small batches using natural spring water from the Remutaka Range’s ancient aquifer and contains nine botanicals including hand-zested Yen Ben lemons that gives way to a low juniper, citrus forward taste profile that is clean, fresh, and vibrant.
