Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition is a 9-year-old limited-edition Single Malt produced entirely on Islay from grain to glass.
This edition is vatted from 54 ex-Bourbon barrels distilled in 2014 and 2015, using Concerto and Publican barley varieties grown at the distillery’s Rockside Farm.
Bottled at 50% ABV, it features a lower peat level of approximately 20 ppm, resulting in a more citrus-forward and viscous profile compared to Kilchoman’s core range.
Nose: Fragrant notes of vanilla, tropical fruit, fresh hay, and toasted oak with a hint of salted butter.
Palate: Milk chocolate and salted caramel transition into fresh peat smoke, candied citrus, ripe pear, and a touch of white pepper.
Finish: Long and lingering with maritime peat smoke, honeyed sweetness, and fresh fruit echoes.
