A single cask from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, matured in an ex-Manzanilla sherry cask and bottled at cask strength.
Color: Straw Gold.
Nose: Wood smoke on a salty sea breeze.
Palate: Light peat smoke, almonds, and salted caramel.
Finish: Dry, long, salty; with hints of vanilla and butterscotch.
