The highest quality indica rice is fermented, as it has been for centuries to make Awamori, then rests in ex-Bourbon barrels amidst the lush Okinawa air, accelerating and invigorating its maturation.
The result is a magnificent single grain whisky that expresses a powerful profile with tropical flavors unique only to the Hayashi name.
