Before the sun set on this elegant single malt, our master distiller finished a portion of the whisky in casks that previously held Jamaican rum to capture the vibrant soul of the island.
NOSE
Fresh mango and pineapple with hints of coconut, beautifully balanced with a burst of green apple.
PALATE
Fruity sweet notes of juicy pineapple, complemented by rich vanilla and toffee.
FINISH
Velvety caramel, smooth finish.
750mL, 40% ABV.
