This expression is our way to raise a glass to tradition and pave our way with Southwestern ingredients – Ode is heavily mesquited. Not peated.
This release of Ode has been matured in new American White Oak and finished in ex-bourbon barrels.
On the nose, you may find cocoa nibs, cinnamon, charred mesquite, and earth.
On the palate are caramel-dipped apples, sour cherry, and dulce de leche.
750mL, 55% ABV.
