Wyoming Whiskey was developed with an uncompromising commitment to making great whiskey that protects and gives back to our home state:
We source the best non-GMO grain from local farmland in Byron, Wyoming.
We use the purest water from a limestone aquifer just 50 miles from our distillery.
We wait a minimum of 5 years for our whiskey to age in newly charred oak barrels.
We work with the extremes of the Big Horn Basin’s climate, creating an unparalleled maturation process.
Nose: Floral, with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding.
Palate: Brown baking spices and browned butter, vanilla crème, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon.
Finish: Medium length finish with toffee, spice and vanilla fade.
