Luzhou Laojiao (泸州老窖; lit. 'Luzhou Old Cellar') distillery in Sichuan, China, dates back to 1573, one of the oldest in the world.
They produce a definitive example of 'strong aroma' (nóngxiāng) baijiu, distilled from red sorghum grain.
The Zisha Daqu baijiu is bottled at 52% ABV in a Zisha clay bottle.
Aroma of fermented peaches, toasted sesame, and soy.
