The Islay Series is a commemorative release honoring five years of Vineyard Series gatherings on Martha's Vineyard - crafted by Kilchoman, matured in a hand selected wine cask, and inspired by shared journeys.
Filled August 7th of 2019, this expression spent just over 3.5 years in a Fresh STR (Shaved Toasted Re-charred) Portuguese Red Wine Hogshead prior to being finished for just over 2 years in a Fresh Virgin French Oak Hogshead.
700ml, 58.7% ABV.
