Rich and nutty, the nose is awash with sherry fruit, walnut, peat stacks, new leather, peppercorn, dunnage floors, and treacle toffee under a canopy of fragrant smoke. Sweet marmalade, walnut, fresh plum, sultana, and clove, rounding out with baked apricot, cherry coulis, and background peat smoke on the palate.
