Hazelburn is a triple distilled, completely unpeated Single Malt produced at Springbank Distillery.
The Hazelburn 10 Year Old is the flagship single malt in the Hazelburn Range. 100% ex-bourbon cask matured.
Nose: Sweet and tropical on the nose, notes of baked pineapple, lemon sherbert, honeycomb and dried orange peel introduce this light and delicate dram.
Palate: Sweet and savoury notes come together on the palate, with notes of green apples complemented by a slight vegetal quality. There is a creaminess present in notes of pastel de nata and custard creams.
Finish: There is a subtle earthiness in the finish, with hints of salted caramel, ginger, toasted coconut and a mineral note.
700mL, 46% ABV.
