Primarily matured in first fill ex-Bourbon casks with a secondary maturation in ex-peated casks. This Single Malt brings the west coast of Scotland to the east coast of Yorkshire.

A whisky all about balance; soft smoky notes are woven into our light and fruity house style.

Tasting Notes: Light, fresh, and coastal with flavors of caramel, peat smoke, and citrus.
