Rich and delicious
Gorgeous and full bodied, with spices and dried fruit. Love that the distillery is grain to glass production

Filey Bay PX Sigle Cask 685
It was a birthday gift for my husband who is from Leeds and spent many family holidays in Filey Bay. His dram is The MacAllan, 12 yrs old. He couldn't drink this Filey Bay single malt. It needs more time in the cask to mature. But, I being a hardy Scot, took it with lemonade. We put a cupful in our Christmas cake. We'll try another Filey Bay dram some time.
