Whiskey Del Bac Dorado, our flagship single malt whiskey, is an expression of the American Southwest. At Whiskey Del Bac we employ the Scottish model of whisky-making. Dorado is made from 100% barley then malted and dried over a velvet mesquite fire, mashed, fermented, copper pot-distilled, aged in new American oak and bottled on site.
