It opens the doors to the world of mezcal with its soft and delicate notes. Handmade in a natural way with 8-year-old Espadín agave, but with the peculiarity of having matured for a minimum of 3 months in our barrels made from two different types of oak. During the process, the liquid in the bottles changes a lot in color.
Naturally handcrafted, aged for three months in two types of oak: ex-bourbon barrels made of American oak and new barrels with American oak bodies and French oak tops. During the process, the color of the liquid in the bottles may change noticeably.
We achieve perfect harmony between the agave and the wood, creating a unique flavor profile that extraordinarily balances the notes contributed.
