Amarás Logia Azul is the purest way to drink Tequila. Distilled by hand, it shares the tradition of the mezcal process, through copper stills with a maximum capacity of 500 liters and is produced in very small batches of approximately 1,000 liters.
All fermentation takes place naturally without suffices in open-air vats, using wild yeasts native to the environment.
700mL, 43% ABV.
