With a touch of peat, our whisky is matured in a blend of Bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez casks, each contributing unique characteristics to the final blend. To elevate the whisky to new heights, our master distiller, Scott, has selected premium ex-grande champagne cognac casks for the finishing touch, imparting depth and complexity.

Nose
Warming & Rich. Gentle Peat Smoke accompanied by Sweet Candied Hints of Grape & Apricot.
Palate
Juicy yellow Fruit leading to Sweet, floral Peat. Remains juicy and lively with a light biscuity undertone.
Finish
Sweet fruit & Earthy Peat develops alongside a dry Oaky Spice.
