Springbank 15
Springbank is always great! The older ones have less peat and Springbank funk than the younger ones. The 15 is right in the middle. There is no way to go wrong here!

A quality dram
Springbank is for drinking, Macallan is for collecting that's it in a nutshell. Springbank 15yo is high quality juice for sure. I won't bore death about what I think of the cask strength. Nose > leather chairs, with fresh fruit and fruit tart, fruit compote.....as someone note it's a day at the fruit stand and then onto the candy store T: Wonderful, chinese spice, corriander, anise, oranges, kiwi all free w/o that saccharine taste that sometimes appears Fini: long and lingering.....very light spice towards the end with a cloying drying effect.......very well done Springbank Whisky Vicky sez 91

Surprisingly complex
Modest smokiness and nicely complex. This is one I keep in my collection as a "daily drinker"
