Product Description
A vatting of six 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, one lightly peated and five unpeated, from one undisclosed island distillery. A nose of bright citrus and pronounced grain sweetness is complemented by canned fruit cocktail and subtle smoke. An oily palate speaks of melted vanilla ice cream, baked apples, and black pepper with a finish of milk chocolate, coffee, and hazelnut toffee.
Bottled in Winter 2022, one of 1600 bottles.
