Matured in a first fill oloroso sherry hogshead.

1 of only 258 bottles.

Color: Rich bronze.

Nose: Cotton, worn leather, Saltines, beeswax, hot pumpernickel with salty butter, table tennis racket, Panettone, key-lime pie with graham cracker crust, Dr. Pepper, a jar of Amarena cherries.

Palate: Buttery pancakes, gingerbread dough, a Manhattan in a dram: bourbon-soaked cherries, vermouth, Angostura bitters; red grapefruit, glazed doughnuts, Grand Marnier, chicory coffee.

Finish: Long, rich and waxy; sweet characteristics but dry and lengthy finish.

700ml, 54.2% ABV.
