Palate
Notes of honeycomb, icing sugar, crystallised ginger and demerara sugar emerge on the palate, along with a brine, salt note reminiscent of salted caramel.
Finish
Peat smoke continues to the finish, with notes of eucalyptus, mint and gorse bush.
