Product Description
This Fino Sherry Matured release is a vatting of 12 fino sherry butts. Rather than finishing the whisky, this limited edition has spent its full maturation in fino sherry casks previously used by Bodega Migual Martin, Spain.
Nose: Maritime peat smoke, ripe banana, syrupy sweetness with a hint of nuttiness.
Palate: Tropical fruit, earthy peat smoke with bitter chocolate and zesty lemon.
Finish: Bold layers of damp peat smoke, walnuts, brine and lasting richness.
750mL, 46% ABV.
