From Eigashima Shuzo, a Sake and Sochu producer since 1888, and a family business since 1679. Akashi single malt is produced just two months out of the year, and aged in a combination of virgin white oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. 750ml, 46% ABV.
